Service Description: Your Support Your Choice is a free and friendly support & information service putting people in touch with a wide range of services and community groups. The service aims to assist local people to maintain and improve independence & wellbeing whilst preventing a small problem becoming a crisis
Role Purpose: Help Desk Assistants support the positive delivery of the Your Support Your Choice helpdesk. Working with the Helpdesk Officer you will welcome customers, assist with enquiries and research local services to maintain the community resource database. This role is ideal for those looking for experience in health & social care, working with a wide range of client groups or for those interested in customer service environments.
